After I place my order, how soon will I get it?
This is the most frequently asked question. We understand that time is of the essence when ordering personalized birth announcements, pregnancy announcements, photo birth announcements, adoption announcements, baby announcements, baby cards, birth cards and thank you cards. Because we offer SAME DAY printing and shipping, we are able to print and ship your order to you very quickly. If you approve the proof of your order by 2:00 p.m. (Central), we will print and ship it the same business day. If you select next day shipping, you can have your order the very next business day! Please note that our shipping company, U.P.S. does not consider Saturday, Sunday, and major holidays to be "business" days. We do offer Saturday delivery at an additional charge. Of course, we also offer other shipping methods, which are described in the section called Shipping Information.
 
Do you have a minimum order?
For most cards, our minimum order is 15 cards.
 
How much are your cards?
Our cards are very modestly priced and are competitive. All cards have a button below the image that reads "View Price" (a pricing table) so that you can determine the total according to the quantity that you wish to order. We offer quantity discounts and blank card discounts. Please see the pricing table to view quantity discounts. Blank cards (cards without text) are .20 (cents) less than the price shown. Envelopes are .10 (cents) each and are automatically added to the shopping cart in the same quantity of cards you order.
 
What does the cost of the card include?
The cost of the card includes the card stock, personalized message, typesetting, ink color, proofing, and printing. You are also getting the expertise of our Proof Department in arranging your text and making suggestions regarding etiquette rules.
 
How do I place my Order?

How do I know my credit card information is safe and secure using the Internet?
We know that your privacy is very important. We take every precaution to ensure that your online ordering experience is secure, easy and safe. Once you get to the checkout section to enter your personal and credit card information, you will notice a "lock" symbol on the bottom right corner of page. This means that you have entered a secure area. You will also notice the letter "s" after the "http" in the address bar at the top of the web page. The "s" stands for "secure".
 
Can you make any changes to the cards on your site?
YES! That is the beauty of our business. Because we design all our own cards, we are able to make changes to the images, such as changing the colors, darkening the skin tone, adding or removing images, rearranging images, or changing the size of the images. Give us a call and give us the details, and we will be happy to modify the personalized card you want. Depending on the extent of the changes requested, a minimum order of 100 cards may be required for these modifications.
 
I do not see exactly what I am looking for. Can you create a card using my ideas?
Our Graphic Artists can create an original design using your ideas. We do have a minimum number of cards for this service, and we require that you place the order prior to us sending you a proof of the created design. Because of the time and effort that will be dedicated to creating your original design, we guarantee that you will be satisfied with the final result. We will make changes until the design meets your expectations, and you approve the proof!
 
Will you send me a proof of my Order before ordering? After Ordering?
We are happy to send you a proof, free of charge, after you place your Order. Unfortunately, we cannot send a proof until after you complete your order. After completing your Order we will send you a proof so you may have the option to make corrections or add ons before your order is printed.
 
OOPS! I noticed an error on my proof, but I already approved it. What can I do?
Please call us as soon as you notice the error or need to make a change. If we have not begun printing your order, we will make the necessary changes. If we have begun printed your order, we will be happy to reprint your cards and offer you a discount from the original costs. PLEASE REVIEW YOUR PROOF VERY CAREFULLY
 
I received my order today, but noticed a typo. I need these ASAP. What can be done?
If our staff made the error, we will reprint your cards at NO COST to you. If the error was contained in the proof that you approved, or data that you entered, we will gladly reprint your cards at a discount from the original price. Once again, PLEASE REVIEW YOUR PROOF VERY CAREFULLY.
 
Can I cancel my order? What if I need to reduce the amount I ordered?
We do understand that it is sometimes it is necessary to have to cancel an Order. However, due to the personalization of our products, cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the purchase price, or $25,whichever is GREATER. The amount of the cancellation fee may also depend on the amount of work that has already been done to your order and will be determined by Birth-Cards in its sole discretion. You can also reduce the quantity of cards that you ordered after the order has been placed; however, a fee of 50% of the amount being cancelled, or $25, whichever is greater will be assessed. If your Net Credit due for the reduced quantity is less than $15, you will be entitled to the credit in additional products or services, but we will NOT issue a credit to your credit card.
 
Do you offer refunds?
If your order was damaged as a result of negligence on the part of Birth-Cards, we will gladly reprint and reship your order at NO COST or credit your credit card for the amount of your order. However, if the damage was caused due to forces beyond our control, we will reprint your order at a discount. Except what is stated herein, we cannot offer any refunds or accept any returns due to the personalization of our products. We do not issue credits under $15.00.
